Fr. Vincent De Paul was born in Kyaruhimbi village, Bufunda Division, Ibanda Municipality in Southwestern Uganda, East Africa. He went for elementary and primary education at Nyabuhikye Catholic Primary School from primary 1 to 7.
He studied his secondary school at St. Kizito Secondary School Bugolobi a catholic founded school for 6 years. He later joined the Missionary congregation of the Comboni Missionaries of Heart of Jesus. He studied a degree in Philosophy at Philosophical Centre in Jinja for 3 years.
He later went for 2 years to Lusaka Zambia in the Novitiate of the Comboni Missionaries. He was sent to Brazil in the state of São Paulo where he did his degree in theological studies for 4 and a half years.After his theological studies he went to Apac district- Northern Uganda for missionary experience. He was ordained a Roman Catholic priest at Ibanda Parish on 8th July 2017.
After his ordination, he went back to Brazil to the State of Minas Gerais where he worked for 6 years as a vocational director and mission promoter.
He is currently a Parish Priest of St. Joseph the Work in the Archdiocese of Vitoria in the State of EspÃrito Santo.
